Mentor Community Services, part of Sevita, is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead a team delivering community-based supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Tucson, AZ. You will coordinate ISP implementation, hire and train staff, and oversee scheduling and supervision to ensure quality outcomes.

This role blends direct support with administrative duties, including transportation, daily living assistance, and community outings.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver''s license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to establish rapport.
• Strong organizational abilities to maintain staffing and schedules.
• Opportunity to gain supervisory skills while making a difference.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate ISP implementation and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support to individuals including daily activities, meal prep, medication administration, and personal care.
• Duties split between direct support, professional/program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement through outings and transportation.
