Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Program Supervisor in Tempe, AZ to oversee ISP implementation, staff supervision, and direct support for individuals served. The role blends supervision with hands-on activities like daily living support, meal planning, and transportation facilitation.

You’ll lead with care and help the team maintain schedules and quality care. The position offers full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules with competitive pay ($17-$19 per hour), a full benefits package for full-time

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent is required.
At least 1 year related work experience.
Must be 18 years or older.
Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance are required.
Licensure or certification where required by authority may apply.
Excellent communication to establish rapport with team and individuals served.
Strong organizational abilities to maintain staffing and schedules.

Responsibilities

Facilitate ISP implementation and participate in hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
Provide direct support including daily activities, meal planning, medication administration, and personal care.
Split duties between direct support, professional/program activities, and supervision.
Facilitate community involvement and transportation to work or activities.
