Job summary

Complete Human Services NJ LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate, person-centered in-home and community-based supports for adults with autism and developmental disabilities in New Jersey.

You will empower clients to develop daily life skills, support independence via Individual Support Plans, and help with community integration while maintaining strong communication with families and guardians.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a current driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability and willingness to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.

Complete Human Services NJ LLC is an approved New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) Provider who believes in care and support for all abilities. We provide compassionate, person-centered In- Home and Community Based Supports, Community Inclusion, Respite, Transportation, and Individual Supports that honor each person’s needs.

We are looking for Direct Support Professionals that are passionate about providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. Our Direct Support Professionals must have a strong desire to work with autistic, intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals and their families.
