Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Direct Support Professional to inspire, teach, and make an impact in Palmdale and surrounding areas. You’ll support children and teens with developmental disabilities, starting part-time with a minimum of 15–20 hours per week and potential to move to full-time as needed by the center.

Compensation ranges from $19 to $21.50 per hour based on experience and education. Eligible for a hiring bonus and additional pay incentives; training starts immediately with

Compensation, Schedule & Incentives

• Pay Range: $19 – $21.50 per hour, based on experience and education
• Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required
• Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability

Hiring Bonus

• $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
• $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months

Additional Pay Incentives

• An additional incentive of $0.50 up to $2 per hour can be applied for applicable cases

Schedule Needs

Monday - Saturday or Sunday 2p-10p, Monday - Saturday or Sunday 10pm-6am
