Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Direct Support Professional to inspire, teach, and make an impact for children, teens, and adults with developmental disabilities. The role offers part-time hours with a path to full-time, weekend overnight preference, and training to prepare you for success.

Mileage reimbursement is provided, with bonuses and incentives for hours completed. You'll work in Ventura area with clients near your home, gaining meaningful daily life support while growing through

Compensation, Schedule & Incentives

• Pay Range: $19.00-$20.50/per hour, based on experience and education
• Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required
• Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability

Hiring Bonus

• $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
• $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months

Additional Pay Incentives

• An additional incentive of $0.50 up to $2 per hour can be applied for applicable cases

Schedule Needs:

• Strong Preference for weekend overnight availability (7 pm to 7 am)
• Weekends- Between the hours of 10am to 5pm
• Weekends Availability a PLUS!

• Cities Targeting- This role is in Ventura, but open to applicants in the surrounding areas.
• We aim to match you with clients near your home and we offer mileage reimbursement if your client is over 20 miles away.
