Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Direct Support Professional to Inspire, Teach, and Make an Impact in California. You’ll support children and teens with developmental disabilities, helping with daily activities and community participation, while growing with a team that values compassion and growth.

You’ll start part-time (15-20 hours/week) with a path to more hours, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and bonuses based on hours completed.

Compensation, Schedule & Incentives

• Pay Range: $19.00-$20.50/per hour, based on experience and education
• Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required
• Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability

Hiring Bonus

• $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
• $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months

Additional Pay Incentives

• An additional incentive of $0.50 up to $2 per hour can be applied for applicable cases

Schedule Needs:

• Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm-8:00pm.
• Weekends- Between the hours of 10am to 5pm or 1pm to 8pm
• Weekends and Night Availability a PLUS!

• We aim to match you with clients near your home and we offer mileage reimbursement if your client is over 20 miles away.
