Job summary

Lutheran Social Service of MN (LSS) is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) at multiple locations in the Fergus Falls area. The role pays $16.00/hour with a potential raise to $16.50/hour after six months of consistent employment, plus a $2,500 Hiring Bonus.

Shifts include part-time and full-time options with days, evenings, and awake overnights, possibly every other weekend. You will support individuals by building trusted relationships, advocate for their needs, and help with community

Pay

Standard DSP pays $16.00/hour! Upon completion of six months of consistent employment, there is an opportunity to obtain a wage increase up to $16.50/hour.

Shifts

• We have both Part-time and Full-time opportunities that include a mix of days, evenings, and awake overnights and may include working every other weekend!

Job Summary

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide guidance and encouragement while building meaningful and supportive relationships with the individuals receiving services.

You will advocate for individuals in all aspects of their life, including community engagement and support in essential living skills. You will also be required to maintain documentation, perform record keeping, and participate in periodic meetings and trainings according to regulations and LSS standards.
