Options in Community Living in Madison, WI is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide attentive care for two men on a part-time schedule: 3:30 pm–9:00 pm, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The role focuses on physical and emotional well-being and personal care support.

This nonprofit treats each individual with respect, offers meals planning, activity encouragement, and collaborative care, with emphasis on dignity and independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and attentive care, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of two men
• Offer reassurance and emotional guidance, promoting a sense of calm and stability
• Assist with personal cares
• Provide essential personal care assistance, including grooming, hygiene, and mobility support
• Prepare nutritious meals that align with their dietary requirements and preferences
• Encourage and support physical activity
• Foster a positive and respectful relationship with both individuals

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 3:30p-9pm
