Job summary

• Valid Arkansas driver's license and evidence of auto liability insurance.
• Background check and drug screening required for all candidates.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with health, hygiene, and independent living skills.
• Support community integration and in-home activities per plan.
• Transport individuals using personal vehicle per state requirements.
• Document progress and maintain accurate expense records.
• Participate in annual service planning and required trainings.
