Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Able to obtain fingerprint clearance and CPR/First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Assist with meals, transportation, and medication adherence.
• Engage residents in activities and accompany to appointments and events.
• Maintain accurate care records and communicate with families and staff.
