Job summary

Fidura & Associates is seeking direct support professionals to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in group home settings in the Tidewater Region. Full-time day, evening and overnight shifts are available.

Responsibilities include medication administration and documentation, support with daily living activities, housekeeping, and meal preparation. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, with driving eligibility for drivers, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• For drivers: must be 21+ and have an acceptable driving record and VA state license.
• Ability to bend, kneel and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation for all shifts.
