Job summary

Fidura & Associates, Inc. seeks direct support professionals to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in group home settings throughout the Richmond Region.

Shifts include day, evening, overnight and PRN/Relief to meet coverage needs. Responsibilities include medication administration and documentation, support with daily living activities and recreation, housekeeping assistance, and meal preparation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• For drivers: must be 21+ with acceptable driving record and VA state license.
• Able to bend, kneel and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation for all shifts.
