RHD in Delaware is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our behavioral health residential program. You will support individuals with daily living activities, promote independence, and help maintain a safe, nurturing home environment.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid Delaware driver's license, and the ability to meet driving requirements. We value compassion, reliability, teamwork, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Delaware Driver’s License required.
• Minimum three years of acceptable driving history.
• Ability to meet organizational driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities (hygiene, grooming, meals, laundry, housekeeping).
• Support development of independent living skills and personal responsibility.
• Assist with medication routines per agency policy.
• Encourage participation in community, recreational, educational, and social activities.
• Help individuals build meaningful relationships and community connections.
• Provide guidance and supervision to promote confidence and life skills.
