Seven Hills Rhode Island is seeking a Direct Support Professional I for respite work, providing one-to-one care for children with special health care needs. Scheduling is as needed by the family, with part-time opportunities and a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Direct Support Professional I - RespitePay: $19.00 per hourSchedule: As needed by the family, 5 hoursThe Respite worker provides families of children with special health care needs a relief from their responsibilities by providing one to one direct care for their child within or outside the home by implementing a safety and service plan. All duties will vary depending on the specific needs of each child. Parent/caretaker will provide all training specific to their child. Safety plan must be reviewed and implemented when necessary.
