Dungarvin is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide hands-on support to individuals with intellectual, developmental or physical disabilities, helping them live as independently as possible with dignity and respect.

No experience is required; we provide paid training and orientation. This full-time role offers competitive wages starting at $18.00 per hour, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth. A valid driver’s license and background clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Successful background clearance as part of onboarding.
• Ability to document care using technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
