Dungarvin is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide direct support to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to live independently with dignity. Starting wage is $15.75/hr with multiple shift options and a strong benefits package.

As a DSP, you will engage in hands-on care, help with daily living activities, ensure safety, and support personal growth. Valid driver's license and a willingness to transport are required.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license to transport persons served.
• Background clearance is required during onboarding.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on caregiving assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene and more.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties.
