Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Direct Support Professional in Fresno, CA to support children and teens with developmental disabilities. This part-time, hybrid role starts with 10-15 hours per week and can grow to full-time based on center needs and availability.

You’ll help with daily activities, teach social and independence skills, and contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment with ongoing training and advancement paths.

Compensation, Schedule & Incentives

• Pay Range: $19.00 – $20.50/per hour, based on experience and education
• Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 10-15 hours per week required
• Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability

Additional Pay Incentives

• An additional incentive of $0.50 up to $2 per hour can be applied for applicable cases

Schedule Needs: Mon-Friday after 3pm Sat/Sunday after 12pm
