Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Direct Support Professional to inspire, teach, and make an impact. You will support children and teens with developmental disabilities, providing daily activities, social skills coaching, and independence training in Paso Robles, Templeton, Atascadero, and Morro Bay.

Pay starts at $19.00–$20.50 per hour for part-time shifts (15–20 hours/week), with a pathway to full-time. Benefits include paid training and growth opportunities within a supportive team

Compensation, Schedule & Incentives

• Pay Range: $19.00 – $20.50/per hour, based on experience and education
• Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required
• Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability

Hiring Bonus

• $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
• $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months

Additional Pay Incentives

• An additional incentive of $0.50 up to $2 per hour can be applied for applicable cases

Schedule Needs: M-Sat 2pm-10pm
