Job summary

Venture Community Services Inc. seeks a Direct Support Professional to assist adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities, promoting independence and daily living skills in the home and community. You will follow individual support plans, help with routines, and accompany clients to appointments and activities.

Paid orientation and training are provided, including CPR/First Aid and MAP. We offer a sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive team dedicated to inclusion

• Ability to engage with individuals across a range of needs in inclusive settings.

• Assist with household tasks, meals, transportation, and appointments as needed.
• Follow individual support plans and maintain safety and dignity in all care activities.
