00 RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Kannapolis, NC to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health, and substance use challenges in home and community settings.

You will work as part of a care team, acting as advocate, coach, and role model while helping clients achieve personal goals and improve outcomes under waiver services guidelines. Training in CPR/first aid is provided.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license preferred if driving for transportation

Responsabilidades

• Promote healthy living and prevent illness and accidents.
• Support individuals in identifying and communicating needs and goals.
• Accompany people to work, activities, and community events.
• Teach independent living skills and daily routines.
• Provide transportation to appointments and accompany to activities.
• Foster positive relationships within the community.
• Help with personal care and maintain confidentiality.
