Key Responsibilities
  • Work one-on-one with children (18 months to school age) to provide ABA therapy in a center-based approach.
  • Collaborate with a team of clinicians and behavior analysts to implement personalized therapy plans.
  • Utilize creativity and enthusiasm in a play-based, naturalistic therapy setting.
  • Support children's progress in educational and social settings, preparing them for traditional school environments.
  • Track and document each child's progress as you implement tailored therapy programs.
  • Be part of a fun and supportive team dedicated to Lighthouse's Core Values.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience working with children is a plus but not required.

Requirements
  • Ability to lift/carry over 50 lbs, sustain impact, and perform physical activities such as running, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
  • Background check and drug test required for safety.
