Job summary

Community Options is seeking a part-time caregiver in Bismarck, ND. You will support individuals with daily living tasks, including cooking, cleaning, shopping, and transportation, in a hands-on, team-focused setting. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and reliable transportation, with training provided as needed.

The hourly wage for this position is $17.34 - $20.40 an hour, depending on experience (DOE).

Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications

• At least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Access to working mobile phone (iPhone/ Android)
• CPR and First Aid certified, or have the ability to obtain certification successfully during the new hire training period.
• A valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance for the vehicle subject to the statute of the licensing state and the ability to travel based on operational and clientele needs.
• Successfully pass a criminal background check, including Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), drug screening, and ND Department of Human Service (DHS) pre-employment approval.
• Successfully complete required training and/or certification within a specified time frame; time requirements will vary based on assigned training or certification programs.

Must possess certain basic skills, including the ability to:
