Job summary

Community Options Jamestown is seeking a Team Lead in the Residential department to work closely with customers and supervisors, delivering services such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and transportation.

The role supports supervisors by providing site-specific training and recording documentation. The position requires a High School diploma or GED, 1 year in DD/healthcare, valid driver's license, and ability to travel.

Qualifications

  • At least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least one year (1) experience in a DD, healthcare, or caregiving role/field.
  • Access to working mobile phone (iPhone/ Android)
  • CPR and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain successfully during new hire training period
  • A valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance for the vehicle subject to the statute of the licensing state and the ability to travel based on operational and clientele needs
  • Successfully pass a criminal background check, including Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), drug screening, and ND Department of Human Service (DHS) pre‑employment approval
  • Completion of training as required by Community Options

The salary for this position is $19.38 - $22.44 an hour, depending on experience (DOE).

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
