Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED; copy required.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Georgia driver’s license with restrictions.
• Criminal background check, TB test, and physician’s statement required.

Responsabilités

• Support residents in daily living skills according to ISP and skill levels.
• Follow all agency and state policies and procedures.
• Attend staff trainings and webinars.
• Document resident activities and health records electronically.
• Assist with meals planning, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
• Supervise medication administration as per policy and accompany residents to medical appointments.
• Maintain resident records and petty cash management.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Communicate with Residential Services Coordinator and Director as needed.
