Job summary

Kindly Direct Care in New Jersey is hiring DSPs (Direct Support Professionals) to support adults with developmental disabilities statewide. We have full-time, part-time and weekend roles with flexible scheduling and a family-friendly environment.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, hold a high school diploma or GED, and have a valid driver’s license; prior experience is preferred but paid training is offered. Pay is $17–$24 per hour.

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Prior experience in this field is preferred, but paid training is provided.

• Give while helping and support individuals learn skills to live the lives they choose.
• Involve them in the community and help them feel part of society.
• Help individuals and support positive relationships with people in their community.

Direct Support Professional Job Duties and Responsibilities
