Job summary

Kindly Direct Care in Barnegat, NJ is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team. We offer 2-3 days a week, 9-4 shifts, with some nights and weekends possible. Pay ranges from $17 to $24 per hour.

We provide Full-Time, Part-Time and Weekend DSP positions across the state, with paid training and a supportive, family-like environment. If you are caring and dependable, join us to help adults with developmental disabilities live fulfilling lives.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license - No provisional licenses.
• Prior experience in this field is preferred, but paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Give while helping and support individuals learn skills to live the lives they choose.
• Involve them in the community and help them feel part of society.
• Help individuals and support positive relationships with people in their community.
• Create positive moments within their environment.
• Give back with positive attitude toward work and others.
• Protect the safety of the people you support by providing the level of supervision described in the person’s service plan.
