The starting pay is $19.25 per hour for Community Hab and may increase with relevant experience; a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Assist a 22-year-old man with safety skills and activities of interest, with staff participating alongside him.
• Provide personal care when needed with verbal prompts as required.
• Support daily routines and participate in activities in the community as scheduled.

He enjoys camping, playing games and on his tablet, cooking and live action plays.The ideal candidate is creative and engaging, active and patient, and willing to travel to different locations. The ideal candidate must also be willing to provide personal care when needed with verbal prompts.This is a part-time position, but additional hours are available with other people receiving services at the agency.Hours and days of work: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with flexible time for starting/ending.Starting pay: CH Starting pay is $19.25 for Community Hab and increases with years of relevant experience.Location: Liverpool, NYMust have a valid driver's licenseMust be at least 18 years oldEffective communication and organizational skills required.Flexibility with assignments and schedule required.Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time.Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities preferred.Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by Indera's technology policy.
