Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Experience with Developmental Disabilities preferred.
• Must have technology available to download multiple apps and abide by policy.
• Must be willing to travel to different locations and provide physical assistance on stairs.
• Hours are Mondays and Fridays, 10–4pm.

She likes to play video games, card games, crafts and puzzles. She would like to find activities and exercises to keep her busy and socialize with others in the community. She likes to go to bookstores, go out to eat, and watch movies.The ideal candidate is creative, active, patient and engaging. The ideal candidate must be willing to travel to different locations and willing to participate in different exercises. The ideal candidate must also be willing to provide physical assistance when using stairs.This is a part-time position, but additional hours are available with other people receiving services at the agency.Hours and days of work: Monday and Fridays, 10-4pm.Starting pay is $19.25/hour and increases with years of relevant experience.Location: Manlius, NYMust have a valid driver's licenseMust be at least 18 years oldEffective communication and organizational skills required.Flexibility with assignments and schedule required.Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time.Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities preferred.Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by Indera's technology policy.
