Kindly Direct Care in Delanco, NJ is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one care for an adult with developmental disabilities. This role offers meaningful experience while balancing school, another job, or other commitments.

You’ll support daily routines at home or in the community, encourage independence and social connections, assist with activities, and ensure safety. You’ll also complete required documentation and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.

Qualifications

• Must commit to the exact posted schedule.
• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.
• Experience preferred.
• Able to complete onboarding, background checks, and training.
