Kindly Direct Care is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one support for a high-functioning young adult in Mercer County. The role includes transportation to classes, planning community outings, and promoting social engagement and independence.

Schedule is limited but reliable; position requires maintaining the agreed timetable, completing documentation, and collaborating with the Kindly team.

Competenze

• Must commit to the exact schedule (Mon, Tue, Thu, Sat).
• One-to-one support with a high-functioning young adult.
• Experience in human-services/ca regiving is preferred.
• Vehicle is required to perform the role and commute between locations.

What You’ll Do

• Support a high-functioning young adult with moderate intellectual disabilities

• Provide transportation to and from classes and planning regular community outings

• Encourage social engagement, independence, and participation in enjoyable activities

• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.

• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.

• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.

Qualifications

• Able to consistently commit to the exact schedule.

• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.

• Experience preferred.

• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.

Schedule: Mon & Tues 5:30-8:30 Thursdays from 5:30-7:30 and Saturday 5 hrsPay: $18-$24/hrLocation: Titusville NJDriving on shift: REQUIRED
