Position Overview - Direct Support Professional (DSP)

As an Overnight DSP, you'll provide essential support to individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs, and other challenges in a residential setting. Your role is critical in maintaining a safe, secure, and supportive environment throughout the night while promoting each individual's independence, dignity, and overall well-being.
