Job summary

Arbor Associates in Massachusetts is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist adults in a residential setting. You will provide direct care, help with ADLs, promote independence, and support daily living activities in a compassionate, dependable, and flexible role.

The position requires picking up last-minute shifts, traveling between locations up to 40 minutes, and transporting clients to appointments and activities.

• Provide direct care to adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
• Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders as needed.
• Promote independence and community integration.
