Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking experienced Direct Support Professionals to work with children, teens, and young adults in their homes and communities in Rhode Island. This part-time role supports HBTS, ABA, and PASS programs.

Flexible after-school, evening, and weekend hours are available. Direct Support Professionals provide direct care, implement behavior plans, collect daily data, and maintain professional relationships with clients, families, and the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years or 18 for PASS program.
• Must pass clearances (DCYF, BCI, Driving Record).
• Access to secured high speed internet required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Bi-lingual applicants strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with individuals aged 3–21 with special needs in home/community settings.
• Implement behavior plans and programs developed by the clinical supervisor.
• Teach, role-model, and implement treatment interventions and strategies.
• Collect daily data and maintain professional relationships with clients, families, and clinical team.
