Royal Community Support is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist an adult living in Port Reading, NJ, in daily living, mobility, and community participation. The role is community-based, one-on-one, and requires a patient, independent, and compassionate approach.

The DSP will support personal care, meal prep, mobility assistance, and engagement in safe home and community activities, while respecting privacy and preferences.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle (community-based support required).
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Authorized to work legally in the United States.

Mansioni

• Assist with daily living skills (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Support housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, light cleaning).
• Prepare meals according to dietary needs.
• Teach and reinforce independent living skills.
