Royal Community Support – Hackensack Branch is seeking a reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist an adult in Pompton Lakes, NJ in a community-based setting. The DSP will support daily living activities, meal prep, transportation, and participation in social and community programs.

The role emphasizes a person-centered approach, independence, and safety, with one-on-one support in home and community contexts. The position is part-time with benefits consideration depending on hours.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle (community-based support required).
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Authorized to work legally in the United States.
