Royal Community Support is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for in-home and community-based support in West Orange, NJ. This part-time role involves assisting an adult female with daily living tasks, safety, and participation in community activities.

The DSP will work a 5-hour shift on Mondays or Tuesdays after 5:00pm, providing compassionate, person-centered care and professional communication with guardians and staff. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle (community-based support required).
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Authorized to work legally in the United States.

• Assisting with daily living skills (bathing, dressing, grooming as needed)
• Supporting housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, tidying, light cleaning)
