Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in High Point, NC is seeking compassionate caregivers to assist individuals with daily living activities in community/home settings. This role offers an hourly wage of $15 and weekly pay, with comprehensive benefits.

You will support personal care, transport to activities, documentation, and help clients achieve independence while maintaining safety. Requirements include CPR/FA, HS diploma, a valid driver's license, and strong communication in English. Training provided.

Qualifications

• NCI/CPI Training
• CPR/FA
• High school diploma or GED required
• TB screening
• Active driver’s license
• Experience working with individuals with IDD is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in English
• Technological proficiency including mobile devices for documentation
• Must be at least 18 years of age
