Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a caregiver in Lexington, NC to assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.

You may transport clients, support developmental goals, encourage social participation, and document progress to keep clients safe. A HS diploma, CPR/FA, NCI/CPI training, TB screening, an active driver’s license, and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• NCI/CPI Training is required.
• CPR/FA certification is required.
• TB screening is required.
• Active driver’s license is required.
• Experience with individuals with IDD is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Technical proficiency with mobile devices for documentation is required.
