Job summary

Amego Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with daily routines and to implement clinical, educational and vocational programs. You will collect data, maintain logs, and participate in program design while contributing to a safe, supportive living environment.

Positions are available as part-time and full-time in Massachusetts. The role requires dependable transportation, good communication skills, and a commitment to dignity and independence for the individuals

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• College degree or relevant experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily routines and activities as planned.
• Implement clinical, educational and vocational programs daily.
• Record accurate data in logs and progress notes.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and report repairs when needed.
• Participate in team meetings and complete required trainings.
• Assist in transporting individuals to activities; may drive company vehicles.
• Observe and safeguard individuals' rights; follow PBS guidelines.
• Dispense medications as needed under supervision.
