Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Buckeye, AZ is seeking a Direct Support Professional with a Bachelor's Degree to join our full-time team. You will follow personalized treatment plans and help children build communication, social, and independent skills during daytime sessions.

Starting salary offers $21–$27.25 per hour for Bachelor's level; Master’s up to $28 per hour, with paid training and fully covered RBT certification. The schedule is Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, with additional Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant child development education preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and engage with young children in therapy.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• No experience necessary; paid training provided.
• Full-time schedule with daytime hours.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands‑on activities
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy space
