Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Litchfield Park, AZ, with a Bachelor's degree required. You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans and collecting session data.

This full-time role offers paid training, RBT certification covered, a daytime schedule Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, and opportunities for growth on a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required as part of the hiring process.
• Experience in childcare or health sciences is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maintain active pace with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
