Job summary

Community Options, Inc. is hiring Full-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in West Valley City, UT to provide person-centered care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

No experience is required—we provide PAID training. The role pays $16.50 per hour, with opportunities to grow and develop within a supportive team. Join us to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to establish supportive relationships.
• Good judgment and calmness in crisis.
• Criminal background and other checks required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to individuals with disabilities.
• Assist with daily routines including cleaning, cooking, feeding, medication administration, and personal hygiene.
• Monitor health and report concerns.
• Support development of independent skills and community participation.
• Facilitate transportation to appointments and activities.
• Maintain accurate program documentation and records.
• Build and maintain relationships with community members and families.
