Community Options, Inc. in Princeton, NJ is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) at multiple levels to provide person-centered care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

No experience required—paid training is provided. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour. This full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunity offers growth and meaningful service in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to establish a supportive relationship with individuals receiving supports.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and remain calm in crisis situations.
• Employment contingent on background checks and certain registries.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to individuals with disabilities.
• Assist with daily routines including meals, hygiene, and medication administration.
• Monitor health needs and report concerns promptly.
• Support learning and development of independent and community-based skills.
• Participate in community, social, and recreational activities.
