Job summary

The Community Supports Network is seeking Direct Support Professionals to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live independently and participate in their communities. This entry-level healthcare role offers paid training and opportunities for growth with no prior experience required.

We provide schedules across full-time and part-time shifts in residential and community settings, with benefits including paid training, daily pay options, health coverage for 30+

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Reliable vehicle for transportation during shifts.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• Ability to complete job-related training and certifications.
• No degree or prior experience required. Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and household routines
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, and medication support according to training and care plans
• Transport and accompany individuals to appointments, work, errands, and community activities
• Encourage independence, social engagement, hobbies, and personal interests
• Support individuals in learning life skills, job skills, and community participation
• Complete habilitation activities and required documentation accurately and on time
• Follow all health, safety, behavioral, and individual support plans
