Community Options, Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in Pflugerville, TX to provide person-centered care to individuals with disabilities. We offer paid training and flexible shifts across Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with driving record acceptable.
• Ability to build supportive relationships with individuals receiving supports.
• Ability to stay calm and exercise good judgment in crises.
• Background checks and drug testing required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to individuals with disabilities.
• Assist with daily routines including cleaning, cooking, feeding, medications, and hygiene.
• Monitor health and report concerns promptly.
• Support development of independent and community-based skills.
• Participate in community, social, and recreational activities.
• Transport individuals to medical appointments and activities.
• Complete program documentation and billable records accurately and timely.
• Build and maintain relationships with community members, businesses, and families.
• Adhere to license and department staff during inspections or inquiries.
