Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Valid Ohio Driver License (4 points or less).
• Reliable transportation and Auto Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assisting each individual reach personal goals or growth.
• Transport to community outings (Zoo, movies, grocery store, etc.).
• Assist individual with household cleaning.
• Medical appointments.
