Job summary

ViaQuest is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Cincinnati, OH for a part-time role. Training, including CPR/First Aid and Medication Administration, is provided, with no prior experience required.

You will support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes, promoting independence, safety and wellbeing. A reliable vehicle and valid Ohio license are required; additional benefits may apply for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and car insurance.
• Reliable personal vehicle for transporting individuals.
• Fewer than 6 points on DMV record in last 2 years.
• Ability to push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Supervise, teach and assist individuals in daily life.
• Perform household tasks including meal prep and maintaining a safe living environment.
