Grow Developmental Disability Solutions is seeking Direct Support Workers to assist children and adults with ID/DD in Hillsboro, OR. The role focuses on daily routines, community involvement, and personal goals in a respectful, empowering, person-centered setting.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of caregiving or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone required.
• Must pass all state background checks and meet ODDS employment eligibility.
• CPR/First Aid/AED (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines (cooking, cleaning, personal care with the client).
• Help clients engage with the community and stay involved.
• Follow care plans and goals.
• Communicate with families and your team.
• Complete notes and documentation.
• Ensure safety and well-being at all times.
