Job summary

Easterseals Rehabilitation Center in Newburgh, IN is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide person-centered care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will work to ensure safety, dignity, and meaningful engagement in daily activities.

You will build authentic relationships with clients, assist with daily needs, participate in community outings, and help clients achieve goals in a caring, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, equivalent, or Easterseals Reading Test.
• Experience: Paid training is provided, no experience is necessary.
• Strengths: Organized, good communication, reliable, and team-oriented.
• Requirements: Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English due to safety and health needs.
