Easterseals Rehabilitation Center- Evansville, IN is seeking a Direct Support Professional for the 3rd shift to provide client-centered care in our group homes. You will develop authentic relationships, support personal goals, and participate in community activities to foster independence and confidence.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and a positive, understanding attitude in a stable, supportive environment with room for career development.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, equivalent, or Easterseals Reading Test.
• Experience: Direct care experience preferred.
• Strengths: Organized, good communication, reliable, and team-oriented.

Easterseals Rehabilitation Center has created eight welcoming Group Homes to provide the best possible care for the individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities that we are blessed to serve. For over 30 years, our homes have provided a kind, safe, and caring environment that our clients, their families, and the community have come to know, trust, and respect.
